随着世界经济一体化程度的不断提高, 世界各国在农业方面的贸易及合作也不断加强, 并成为一种不可阻挡的发展趋势。在与世界农业融合过程中, 中澳农业贸易及合作有着十分重要的意义。中国和澳大利亚都是亚太地区的重要贸易伙伴, 两国进出口贸易总额超过140亿美元, 而农、牧、渔产品占有突出的位置, 目前中国已成为澳大利亚农产品第三出口大国。根 据中澳两国政府协议, 2005年10月前双方将完成自由贸易区(FTA)的前期研究工作, 这意味着距离中澳自由贸易区的建立已为期不远了。为更好地指导和 促进两国未来的农业贸易及合作, 本文重点就两国农产品生产、加工、消费以及贸易问题进行初步探讨, 试图挖掘中澳农业贸易及合作的潜力所在, 并在此基础上提 出相应的对策建议深圳英语翻译。

Following the increasing development of the integration of global economy, the agricultural trade and cooperation between countries around the world are strengthened continuously and have developed into an irresistible trend. During such a process, the China-Australian agricultural trade and cooperation has demonstrated a significant meaning. Both the countries are the principal trading partners in Asia-Pacific area and the total trading amount between the two countries has surpassed US$ 14 billion, among which the farming, livestock and fishery products amount a great part. At present China has become the third largest importer of Australian agricultural products. According to governmental agreement between the two countries, the two parties will have finished the first research jobs on the Free Trade Area (FTA) by October, 2005, which indicates that it is fairly close to the construction of China-Australia free trade area. To better guide and promote the future agricultural trade and cooperation between the countries, this paper carries out a preliminary exploration on the agricultural production, processing, consumption and trading issues of the two countries, tries to reveal the potentials of their agricultural trade and cooperation and finally put forward the respective suggestions to the trade and cooperation policies basing on the foregoing research.

从 产业结构来看, 中国农业主要以农作物生产为主, 畜牧业也逐渐成为农业的第二大部门, 在产值上约为农作物产值的1/2, 而渔业随着近年来的稳步增长, 在产业 结构中也显现出重要地位。2002年各部门的产值分别为: 种植业14931.5亿元, 畜牧业8454.6亿元, 渔业2971.1亿元, 林业1033.5亿 元英语翻译。

According to the industrial structure, the agriculture in China mainly focuses on the crops production; the animal husbandry has gradually developed into the second largest department of agriculture, amounting to 1/2 of the crops production values; and the fishery has as well shows its importance in the structure as its stable growth in recent years. In 2002 the production values of each department were respectively as follows: RMB 1493.15 billion for the crops farming, RMB 845.46 billion in animal husbandry, RMB 297.11billion for fishery and RMB 103.35 billion for forestry.
