However, many problems are exposed at the same time, mainly in the following aspects: limited product variety, monadic function and weaker brand and innovative awareness; weaker capital and technical force; lack of efficient overall planning; unsound personal credit inquiry system; unfavorable influence on bank retail business development due to the organization management system formed in past for a long term; insufficient market segmentation and out of date channel construction; short human resource support. It is in urgent need of solving these underlined problems above that greatly constrain the further development of retail business of commercial bank in China.
