代表方在就产品寻求订单之时，应遵守ABC随时确定的产品价格以及确定的（销售）条件的规定。所有产品的报价单应当符合ABC的报价单标准格式，且应当符合现行生效的标准条款的规定；但已获ABC事先批准的修改之处除外。除非已获ABC的事先批准，否则任何订单的有效期都不得超出三十天上海翻译公司。

Representative shall solicit orders for Products at such prices, and on such other terms and conditions, as may be established by ABC from time to time. All quotations for Products must be made on ABC's standard quotation forms and based upon standard terms and conditions as then in effect, unless deviations therefrom have been approved in advance by ABC. No quotation will be valid for a period of more than thirty (30) days unless otherwise approved in advance by ABC.

ABC应按照其将产品/服务销售至一般客户所得的净货款额向代表方支付佣金，且该佣金为代表方履行其服务可获的唯一的专属性报酬。对于向重要客户进行的任何产品销售或由其它销售代表所进行的产品销售，代表方都无权要求支付佣金广州翻译公司。

As sole and exclusive compensation for Representative's services hereunder, ABC shall pay to Representative commissions on the Net Billings directly invoiced by ABC with respect to sales of Products/Services to Regular Accounts.  Representative shall not be entitled to commission with respect to any sales of products through House Accounts or through other Sales Representatives.
