我司想在中国定点生产一种新产品—Condugas产品，关于这点，我方已向贵司阐述地很清楚。这些产品将在全世界销售。我方提出：就我司来说，我们公司具有产品的发明专利权，我们想转让这项技术和技能给贵司；而贵司需自担风险与责任，按照我们的质量要求标准，指定工厂生产该产品。最后，贵司指定玉田西樵铁铸件工厂（河北省玉田县北环路）为该产品的生产商。另外，我们的技术人员将负责转让技术并对生产过程提出建议指导日语翻译。

Opportunely, we made you know our intentions to acquire a new kind of product - CONDUGAS products - at P:R. of CHINA These products would be sold all around the world. We proposed you: from our part, -in virtue of our company had the invention patent right- , to transfer the technology and know-how to your company, and, for your part to designate, upon your account and risk, the factory that would manufacture the products, as per the standards of quality stated by our company. As a result, you designated YUTIAN COUNTY XIQIAO MALLEABLE CAST IRON FACTORY ( Behiuan Road,
Yitian County, Hebei Province) to manufacture the products. On the other hand, our technical staff transferred the technology and advised about the production process.
