在本届商务节，卫生局将以沙盘、展板、社区卫生短片和多媒体等多种形式，展现朝阳卫生发展成果，勾画朝阳未来健康城区蓝图。沙盘主要展示朝阳区医院、社区卫生服务组织布局和医疗救援保障网络。15块展板以公共卫生、社区卫生、紧急救援和多元化办医4个主题展现卫生成果。社区卫生短片以朝阳百姓的真情实感，诉说朝阳社区卫生服务的安全、经济、舒适和方便广州陪同口译。

In the business festival, the health bureau will exhibit the fruits of Chaoyang District’s health care development and sketch a blueprint of Chaoyang’s future healthy district in multiple forms such as sand tables, display panels, short films of community health and media. Sand tables will be used to display the outlay of Chaoyang District’s hospitals and community health service organizations and the network of medical rescue and safeguard. The fruits of health care will be shown in 15 display panels with four themes, namely public health, community health, emergency rescue and diversified running of medical institutions. And, the short films of community health will recount the safe, economical, comfortable and convenient community health services of Chaoyang District with the sentiments of Chaoyang people.

在“十五”期间，朝阳区城市两级医疗卫生服务体系已见雏形，农村初级卫生保健规划目标提前实现，公共卫生体系初步建立，卫生事业呈现可喜局面。截止2004年底，全区共有各级各类医疗机构1080家，拥有床位12091张；每千人口拥有执业医师4.79人，床位7.21张；全区有社会办医疗机构699所，执业乡村医生293名；设在辖区内的军队、中央、市属医疗卫生机构设施先进、医术精湛、资源丰富，共同构成优越的医疗卫生环境，为提高全区人民健康水平做出了重要贡献翻译。

During the “10^th Five-Year-Plan”, the health care of Chaoyang District took on a gratifying situation, embodied in the embryo of the urban medical health service system at the second level, the advanced fulfillment of the primary rural health care planning objective and the preliminary establishment of the public health system. By the end of 2004, there had been 1080 medical institutions of all kinds and at all levels, with 12091 beds, in the whole district; 4.79 practicing physicians and 7.21 beds had been possessed for every one-thousand population; there had been 699 non-government-run medical institutions and 293 practicing rural doctors in the whole district; the military, central-level and city-level medical health organs within the area under the district’s jurisdiction had featured advanced facilities, consummate medical skills and rich resources and constituted favorable medical health environment together, thus making significant contribution to improving the people’s healthy level of the whole district.
