本项目通过引进瑞典农村在生活垃圾和生活污水收集处理、畜禽养殖业污染防治、农作物秸秆资源化利用、农田保育等环境治理方面的先进技术和典型经验，在中国开展农村环境污染综合治理的技术开发与示范建设，主要以村为单元，以防治农村面源污染为突破口，以改善农村生产和生活条件为目标，通过集成配套推广畜禽粪便、生活污水、生活垃圾、农作物秸秆等农业废弃物的资源化利用技术和工程措施，帮助农民建立清洁的生产和生活方式，从根本上改变农村脏、乱、差的现象，实现中国农村资源与环境的协调发展。同时，本项目还将通过开展人员培训和国际交流，以提高中国农村环保领域人员的研发水平，并建立长期合作研究关系。项目总投资为100万欧元韩语翻译

This program, through introducing Sweden’s advanced technologies and typical experiences in the aspects of environmental treatments, such as collection and treatment of rural domestic wastes and domestic wastewater, pollution control for the industry of livestock and poultry breeding, resource utilization of farm crop straws, conservation of farm fields, etc., is to conduct technical development and demonstration projects for comprehensive treatment of China’s rural environmental pollution. This program will be carried out with village as the major unit, control of rural non-point-source pollution as the breakthrough, and improving rural production and living conditions as the objective. Through integrating, complementing, and promoting the project measures and technologies used for resource utilization of agricultural wastes, such as feces of poultry and livestock, domestic wastewater, farm crop straws, and so on, this program will help rural people establish clean production and living styles, eliminate the rural area’s dirty, disorderly, and bad phenomena, and achieve coordinated development of rural resources and environment in China. Meanwhile, this program, through conducting personnel training and international exchange, will increase the research and development levels of Chinese practitioners in the area of rural environmental protection, and will establish long-term cooperative research relationships. To improve the rural production and living environment thoroughly, and help the rural people establish clean production and living styles, China has done tons of work in the aspects of control of rural environmental pollution and resource utilization of wastes. Recently, a series of programs concerning energy & environmental protection, for example, construction of demonstration county for ecological agriculture, the methane-linked Ecological Homeland and Plan to Enrich People, rural purifying project, prevention & treatment of rural non-point-source pollution, have been implemented relying on the Ministry of Agriculture, with obvious effects accomplished and certain experiences accumulated. However, due to poor basic conditions in rural areas, insufficient fund availability, shortage of crucial technologies, problems in the management mechanism, etc., a set of systematic, complete, and typical models is far from realization for comprehensive treatment of rural environmental pollution. Therefore, China is still thirst for the demonstration for constructing clean and civil new villages.
