理论和实证研究表明, 中国国有控股上市公司的公司治理与企业竞争力之间存在着密切的关系, 公司治理结构中的股东大会、董事会、监事会和经理层都能够对公司的竞争力产生一定影响, 因此构建一种合适的公司治理结构对于公司竞争力的壮大将起到非常重要的作用。需要说明的是, 本文对公司治理主体与公司竞争力之间的关系是分别进行研究的, 但在提升公司治理效率的时候, 还应该综合考虑公司整体情况, 而不仅仅是单一环节北京翻译公司。
Theory and empirical research show that there is close relationship between corporate governance of state-holding listed companies of China and enterprise competitiveness, the general meeting of shareholders, the board of directors, the board of supervisors, and the manager layer in corporate governance structure can have certain influence on corporate competitiveness. Therefore, construction of an appropriate corporate governance structure will play an extremely important role in strengthening corporate competitiveness. In this paper, the author conducts a study on the relationship between corporate governance and corporate competitiveness. This paper elaborated the relationship between governance and competitiveness from the aspects of board governance, monitoring committee governance, management-level governance and shareholders’ rights. In this paper, competitiveness is defined as capability. The competitiveness of enterprises is divided into three parts, namely, assets, operation and system. The combined methods of experimental study and empirical study are used for a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the relationship between the various elements. |
